Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your Pandr order. However, if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Cancelling or Returning Your Order

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Once you've told us you'd like to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the products to us.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your order.

To start a return, please contact us at customercare@drinkpandr.co.uk with your order number.

Please do not return products without contacting us first, as we'll need to provide you with the correct return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We package our cans carefully, but occasionally things can go wrong in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@drinkpandr.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photographs of the damaged or incorrect products and packaging where possible

We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected an eligible return, we'll let you know when your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable.

Faulty Products

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

If a Pandr product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, please contact us at customercare@drinkpandr.co.uk and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
