Shipping & Delivery

We want to get your Pandr to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about delivery.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the UK.

Standard Delivery: £2.99

Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Please allow approximately 2–4 working days for your order to arrive following dispatch.

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 working day.

Orders placed over weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, promotions or circumstances outside of our control, processing and delivery may take a little longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking details.

Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please double-check your delivery details before completing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at customercare@drinkpandr.co.uk. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has entered the fulfilment or delivery process, we may not be able to change the address.

We cannot be responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided at checkout.

Missing or Delayed Orders

Occasionally deliveries can take longer than expected due to circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at customercare@drinkpandr.co.uk and we'll look into it for you.

Damaged Orders

If your Pandr arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@drinkpandr.co.uk.

Please include your order number and photographs showing the damaged product and packaging so we can investigate and get things sorted for you.

International Delivery

We don't currently offer international delivery through our online store.

We're a small business and hope to expand our delivery options as Pandr grows, so watch this space!
